What is Achla AI?
Achla AI is a managed AI-search-as-a-service that lets any website answer visitor questions in plain language, with citations. The site owner pastes one <script> tag; visitors then type a question and receive a direct, written answer drawn only from that site's own content, with links to the exact source pages, in the visitor's own language. It runs on Google Vertex AI Search (Discovery Engine) and Google Gemini, so the site owner needs no backend, no machine-learning setup, and no data pipeline. Achla AI crawls and indexes the public pages of the site, then generates grounded answers — every claim is anchored to indexed content, with no invented facts. It works across languages by design: your site can be in any language, visitors can ask in any language, and the answer always comes back in the language of the question. It handles complex material such as documentation, standards, patents and scientific papers. You can start free with 100 searches a month and up to 100 pages; paid plans start at $15 per month.
How does AI search with citations work?
AI search with citations works in four steps. First, a crawler indexes the public pages of your website and maps their topics and entities. Second, when a visitor asks a question — in any language, even with typos — the query is normalized and translated so it matches your content. Third, an AI model retrieves the most relevant passages from your indexed pages and writes a single, coherent answer grounded only in that content. Fourth, every statement in the answer is linked back to the exact source page it came from, and the answer is returned in the language the visitor asked in. Unlike keyword search, which returns a list of links for the visitor to sift through, AI search with citations returns a ready answer plus its sources. If the indexed content does not actually answer the question, the system says so instead of inventing a response.
How does Achla AI keep answers accurate?
Every answer is anchored in your own content and points to the exact page, with no invented facts.

How do I add the widget?
<script> tag with your key into your site. By default the widget is a floating "Ask AI" button (bubble mode); for an inline block, add a <div id="ai-search"></div> to the page. Everything else — mode, theme, texts — is configured in the dashboard without touching your site's code. What embedding options are there?

My site is behind Cloudflare or a WAF — how do I let your bot through?
robots.txt: a line User-agent: AISearchBot, then Allow: /. The bot always arrives with the User-Agent AISearchBot/1.0 (+https://achlaai.com/bot; managed site search) — protection rules match it by that substring. In Cloudflare: WAF → Custom rules → Skip on the condition "User-Agent contains AISearchBot", and turn off Bot Fight Mode / Browser Integrity Check for it. In other firewalls — add the bot to the whitelist / good bots by the same User-Agent. The bot's static IP is 35.223.115.47: you can add it to exceptions both by the User-Agent AISearchBot and by this IP.How much does it cost?
