Cookie Policy

Updated 29 July 2026

This Cookie Policy describes what cookies and similar technologies our public site uses, why, how long they are stored, and how to withdraw consent. It supplements the Privacy Policy. It concerns our marketing site; for the widget session identifier on a client's site, see "The widget on clients' sites".

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser to remember your actions and settings. We use cookies by the categories below. Strictly necessary cookies are always set (the site does not work without them); analytics cookies are set only with your prior consent, collected via the consent banner.

Cookie categories

CategoryPurposeDurationConsent
Session (strictly necessary)Sign-in and keeping you logged inUp to 30 daysNot required
lang (functional)Remembers your chosen interface languageUp to 1 yearNot required (needed for the feature)
Google Analytics (analytics)Anonymized site-usage statisticsUp to 24 monthsConsent only
Google Ads (advertising measurement)Attributing a conversion to an ad clickUp to 90 daysConsent only

Durations are the maximum set by the provider; actual lifetimes may be shorter.

Strictly necessary cookies

Session cookie. Set on sign-in, it stores the signed session (see the Privacy Policy). Sign-in and protected pages do not work without it, so it requires no consent (it falls under the "strictly necessary" exemption). Stored for up to 30 days or until sign-out.

Functional cookies

The lang cookie. Remembers your chosen interface language (RU/EN) so it isn't asked again. It is not used for tracking and is not shared with third parties.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics for aggregated site-usage measurement. The Google tag loads with all storage permissions denied. Until you consent, it neither sets nor reads Analytics or advertising cookies; Google may receive cookieless pings such as the page URL, referrer, consent state and whether ad-click information is present, for aggregate reporting and modelling. Analytics and advertising cookies, and full measurement, activate only after your consent. Declining does not affect how the site works.

Advertising measurement cookies

Google Ads. Set only after your consent, they let Google see that a visit came from one of our ads, so we can tell which ads work. Stored for up to 90 days. We do not use them for profiling or personalised advertising: the ad_personalization signal stays switched off. Declining does not affect how the site works.

The widget on clients' sites

The search widget embedded on our clients' sites keeps a session identifier (sessionId) only in page memory and sends it with follow-up requests to continue the conversation. It is not stored in a cookie or localStorage and disappears when the page is closed or reloaded. The site owner remains responsible as controller for its own site disclosures; the allocation of responsibility is set out in the Data Processing Agreement.

How to manage and withdraw consent

You can change or withdraw consent to analytics and advertising-measurement cookies at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer — it reopens the banner with per-category toggles. Strictly necessary and functional cookies can be removed via your browser, but then some features (sign-in, remembering your language) may behave differently. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect processing before withdrawal.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when the set of cookies changes; material changes are reflected in the update date. Questions — via the contact form.
